Beschi is a company that stands out in the field of plastic molding, and it is now specialized in providing different solutions for the textile industry. But in addition to serving products of great quality and efficiency, it also offers a valuable service of plastic molding for third parties.

WHAT DOES THE SERVICE CONSIST OF?

The injection moulding activity is addressed to all those people and companies who need to manufacture any customized plastic item and who already own their own moulds.

The forty-year experience of Beschi SNC is in fact at complete disposal of customers; our plants are technologically advanced thanks to the continuous research applied also to working processes. We have a range of presses that varies from 80 to 400 tons, of which 4 two-component presses, all equipped with:

  • automatic loading systems granule suction
  • master batchers
  • sprue catcher robot
  • press edge mills
  • counting conveyor belts.

A department dedicated to the visual control of the finished product, carried out by a specialized staff, ensures the quality that distinguishes us. We always have standard raw materials in stock (PP OMO E COPO, ABS. PE, PS, PVC NYLON, ACETALICA and others); this allows us to be always ready to fulfill orders quickly and to plan deliveries with our trucks.
